Cancellation Policy: At Flexy, we strive to provide our clients with the utmost convenience and flexibility when it comes to scheduling and managing their sessions. However, we also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling. To maintain a fair and efficient system, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for individual clients:

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that all clients provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of their sessions. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.

2. Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: In the event that a client fails to provide the necessary 24-hour cancellation notice, they will be required to make full payment for the service. We understand that emergencies may occur, and we will do our best to take individual circumstances into consideration. However, please understand that last-minute cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and impact our ability to serve all of our clients effectively.

3. Agreement to the Cancellation Policy: By purchasing a session or service with Flexy, clients agree to abide by our cancellation policy. We believe that clear communication and mutual understanding are essential elements of a successful professional-client relationship. Therefore, we expect all clients to familiarize themselves with our policies and ensure they are in a position to comply. At Flexy, our cancellation policy aims to maintain fairness and the highest possible standard of service for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.
